These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of thehalloffame.lol (the “Service”), including the board, checkout, and related features. By using the Service or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service and do not pay for a listing.
The Service is operated independently and is reachable at @mousoommudoi on X or by email at mousoom.personal@gmail.com (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms work together with the public Rules. If the Rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.
thehalloffame.lol sells digital board placements, one listing per product. Regular slots are fixed-price ($5), no bidding, no ranking. Each board also has one center slot that works differently: it starts at $10 and can be outbid by anyone willing to pay at least $10 more than its current holder, with no cap on how many times it changes hands. Listings are paid placements, not editorial reviews, certifications, or endorsements.
A payment buys the specific slot you selected at checkout (or, if no specific slot is available at the moment of payment, a slot assigned under the Rules). If you bid on the center slot and someone else’s payment clears first at a higher price, your payment is not wasted — it becomes a regular-slot listing instead (see Rules). A payment does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, or search-engine ranking. We may change, pause, or discontinue features of the Service.
Checkout is processed by Dodo Payments, acting as the merchant of record for your purchase. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers — Dodo Payments handles that directly, and its own terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment itself. Amounts are priced in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Slot prices are fixed and shown before you pay. Completing checkout is an offer to buy the placement described at that price. The slot is assigned once payment is confirmed.
All payments are final and not refundable. Placement is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed. The one exception: if two buyers both complete payment for the same regular slot (a rare timing collision), the buyer who did not get the slot is refunded.
The center slot is not an exception to this policy even though it can change hands: if you’re outbid, you keep your listing and are moved to a regular slot on the same board, but you are not refunded any part of what you paid for the center slot. By bidding on the center slot you accept that another buyer may later pay more for it and that this is not a refundable event.
By completing checkout you request that we start this digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the extent that law allows that waiver. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honor that right. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed payments without a legally required basis are a breach of these Terms; we may remove the listing and refuse future use of the Service.

We may refuse, delay, hide, or permanently remove any listing, with or without notice, including where we believe these Terms, the Rules, or the law may have been broken; where a rights holder complains; or where we think the listing creates legal, security, or reputational risk. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.
To run the board we fetch and display publicly available information about listed destinations: names, descriptions, logos, and favicons. We use that material only to identify the listed product on thehalloffame.lol and to operate the Service. We do not suggest sponsorship or endorsement by the rights holder unless the lister is that rights holder.
thehalloffame.lol, our wordmark, and the look of the Service are ours. You may not copy the Service or scrape the board for a competing product.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, and publicly display the listing and the public metadata we fetch, for as long as needed to operate the Service. If you want a listing taken down, contact us on X. Takedown does not undo a completed payment.
If you believe a listing infringes your rights, or that a listed site is unlawful, message @mousoommudoi on X or email mousoom.personal@gmail.com with: the listing (board and slot), the destination URL, and a description of the problem. We may remove or restrict the listing while we review the notice.
Appearance on the board is not our opinion of a product. We do not verify that listed companies, claims, or prices are true. Links from the Service to listed sites leave thehalloffame.lol; those destinations have their own terms and practices, and we are not responsible for them.
We provide the Service as-is. It may be unavailable, slow, or incorrect. We may change these Terms; if a change is material, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. For a payment already completed, the Terms in effect at checkout still apply to that payment, except where a change is required by law or needed to address a security or legal risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing that the claim concerns. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator of the Service from claims, damages, and losses arising out of your listing, your destination site, your payment or chargeback, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else’s rights.
These Terms are governed by generally applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, any mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence that cannot be displaced still protects you.
